it’s my safe haven. Its the one place where all my worries and stress are temporarily removed from my mind. The only thing I think about is pushing the heavy weight correctly because if I don’t, I’m fucked. I feel accomplished, healthy, rejuvenated after the gym. Blood. Sweat. Tears.
